Last night, the MN House of Representatives passed the Johnson/Bakk Eminent Domain Reform Bill, SF 2750, by an overwhelming margin of 115-17.
The Senate passed their version of the Johnson/Bakk bill on March 27th. Since the Senate and House versions are different, a conference committee consisting of 5 members of the Senate and 5 members of the House will now be appointed to work out the differences between the two bills.
We will keep you posted on the activities of these legislators and their work on the bill.

Under penality of perjury the undersigned hereby states

1. The abuse by City and County officials to send
threatening, intimidating letters thro the US Mails, unsigned, unstated
violations,
without statutory authority in a "Pattern" for over 20 years.
2. This abuse currently another letter postmarked 15Mar06
stating estimated meter readings:
a. Sharons call to Jerome A. Ludden at 651-266-6850 on
Mon.20Mar06, which Meter inside was read,
b. Sharon stated minimun water was used as No Washing
Machine, Sharon belongs to the Y so showers there etc.
c. Ludden stated he would fax me information
d. Today 22Mar06 the $41.67 water bill was paid Chris
confirmation no. 07495, manual meter read 092092 taken21Mar06.
(i) Chris stated another code violation was sent
thro the US Mails?????
AT THIS TIME IT IS PRUDENT TO FORCE THE CITY AND
COUNTY TO QUIET TITLES TO ALL SHARONS REALESTATE FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS..THIRTY YEARS...............
